Registration:

Conduct: 
3.1. Participants must demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
3.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in dismissal from the academy without refund.

Safety:
4.1. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by coaches and staff. 
4.2. Dive In Sports Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of negligence.

Communication: 
5.1. Participants and guardians agree to receive communications from Dive In Sports Academy via email, phone, or SMS. 
5.2. All official announcements and updates will be posted on our website.

Intellectual Property: 
6.1. All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Dive In Sports Academy.
6.2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials is prohibited.

Termination: 
7.1. Dive In Sports Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions.
7.2. Termination may occur without refund at the discretion of the academy.
